Ricky brings over 8 years of experience from the media sector and for the last 2 years, he has helped enhance Mpanzi's communication and creative vision. As the Communications lead, he brings unparalleled experience from across a broad range of industries and he is responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of all Mpanzi's media work. Ricky passionately believes creativity and branding can really make all the difference – work that engages represents and affects perceptions can move a business both commercially and culturally.

Trust Milyango 

Program and Administrative Assistant 

Trust is our most recent admission to the Mpanzi team. She was born and raised in Dar es salaam, Tanzania, then moved to Pennsylvania for her undergrad education in 2016. Trust is a 2020 Messiah University graduate with a Communication and Marketing degree and a Digital Marketing Certification. Trust joined the Mpanzi team in August and since then she has worked as our Program and Administrative Assistant. Previously, Trust has worked with the Philadelphia Fire Department as a communication intern during her time as part of the Mayor’s Internship Program. She is passionate about serving others and is excited to be a part of Mpanzi!
